Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions differ once work begins.
Additional costs (materials, labor, unforeseen issues) will be discussed and approved before work continues.
Prices do not include permit fees, unless specified.

Payments

A deposit may be required before starting any project.
Remaining balance is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

Project Changes

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the worksite
Ensure utilities are available (water, gas, electricity)
Remove personal items in work areas
Maintain a safe environment for workers

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing structural issues
Unknown conditions behind walls, floors, or plumbing
Damage caused by client misuse or alterations after project completion
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on materials ordered or work already performed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
