No Refunds for Completed Services

Because our work involves labor, materials, and custom service preparation, completed services are non-refundable.

Once work has been performed,  including inspections, labor, installations, repairs, or project steps, refunds cannot be issued.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

Any deposit made to secure a scheduled project, materials, or labor allocations is non-refundable.

  • Deposits cover:

  • Material reservations

  • Scheduling

  • Labor allocation

  • Project preparation

Refunds Before Work Begins

A refund may be issued only if:

  • Work has not yet begun, and

  • Materials have not been purchased, and

  • No crew time has been scheduled or allocated

  • If materials were ordered, the cost of those materials will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for Website Payments (Online Transactions)

If you paid for an estimate, consultation, service fee, or deposit through our website:

  • Refunds will only be considered if the appointment or service has not started.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

After this window, refunds are not available.

Service Issues

If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us immediately.

We do not issue refunds for completed work, but we are committed to:

  • Inspecting the issue

  • Providing repair or correction under our Workmanship Warranty

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Workmanship Warranty (Instead of Refunds)
